Monthly Relational Voiced Embodied Meditation practice. This is a practice our times need
“I can’t meditate.”
If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
Traditional meditation often feels like it asks us to retreat from the world — to sit in silence, alone, removed from the messiness of life. But what if we could meet presence within the messiness, with each other, as we are?
What’s Here Now? is a radical approach to meditation for modern times — relational, voiced, and embodied. It’s not about escaping life. It’s about showing up in it, fully present, fully you.
You’ve probably tried apps, classes, or weekend retreats. Maybe you’ve even felt glimpses of peace and deep OKness — until life pulls you back into the whirlwind.
What’s Here Now? bridges the gap between those peaceful moments and real, everyday life. It’s a meditation you do with someone else… You connect, speak, feel, and listen.
This is not a passive practice.
It’s an active remembering and sharing of what’s real and what's alive.
This isn’t solitary meditation — it’s shared. You’ll be paired (or in threes) to take turns speaking and listening. You’re invited to be seen exactly as you are — and to witness another in their full humanity.
In a world where we so often present how we should be, this is your permission to just be as you are.
And through co-regulation, something extraordinary happens:
We settle.
We soften.
We connect with our deeper natures together.
You speak what’s happening inside — moment by moment.
Not in abstract terms, but in real, grounded language:
“There’s warmth in my chest.”
“I feel a pulsing in my belly.”
“There’s a soft buzzing behind my eyes.”
Naming our direct internal experience out loud brings coherence between our inner and outer worlds. It helps us trust what we feel and normalises the depth of our being. This is where presence becomes transformational.
This practice invites you to come out of your thinking head and into your feeling body — where life is actually happening.
You don’t have to fix anything. You don’t have to feel better.
You just have to feel what’s here now.
From tightness in your gut to lightness in your limbs, from sorrow to joy, from chaos to stillness and spaciousness — this is a practice of reality, not preference.
And in that radical honesty, something shifts.
What’s stuck begins to move.
What’s tense begins to relax.
What’s hidden begins to be seen — and integrated.
Yes — but unlike meditation you may have known.
This isn’t about sitting in silence trying to empty your mind.
This is about showing up with another human being, grounded, open, awake and connected.
It’s meditation made accessible — even if you’ve never connected with traditional techniques.
It’s about learning to be present — not in spite of the world, but within it.
